Programme Highlights - Berne

Scientific Presentations and Field Trips: 

- Saturday, August 31: Engage in afternoon scientific presentations at Hotel Kreuz. Partners can enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Bern. 

- Sunday, September 1: Embark on a field trip to Emmental-Entlebuch, focusing on Molasse, led by Prof. F. Schlunegger.  

- Monday, September 2: Explore the Aare valley between Münsingen and Gwatt, with a focus on Quaternary geology, guided by Prof. Ch. Schlüchter and Dr. R. Heinz.
